Jim Cheeley is a life-time resident of Georgia and a graduate from the University of Georgia. Over the past 13 years Jim has originated, managed and launched mortgage companies and banking divisions in Georgia and South Carolina. He has closed more than $400 million in mortgage loans in the past 9 years.

In 2004, Jim partnered with Pearce Spurlin to form Lincoln Capital Advisors. His knowledge and experience of the loan process makes him someone you can trust with your home mortgage needs. He specializes in customer service, making each experience with his clients a personable one.

Jim has been a member of MBAG, Mortgage Bankers Association of Georgia for the past five years and is an active member of the Greater North Fulton Chamber of Commerce.In 2005, Jim was recognized by the Atlanta Business Chronicle as one of the top 10 mortgage originators in the state of Georgia. In addition, Lincoln Capital Advisors was ranked in the top 10 for company originations.

Jim is married to Brandi and the proud father of Olivia and Gunter. They reside in Marietta, Georgia.

Ginger Calabrase & Carrie Arrington of Quick Close Processing are also apart of our team.
